An RV furnace runs through a fixed sequence, and that is what makes it straightforward to diagnose. The thermostat calls for heat, the blower spins up, a sail switch confirms airflow, the board sends spark, the gas valve opens, and the limit switch watches temperature throughout. Each step depends on the one before it, so where the furnace stops tells you which part to look at.
That sequence is how the parts here are grouped. Sail switches, limit switches, igniter electrodes, ignition control boards, gas valves and burner heads cover the ignition side. Blower motors, combustion motors and wheels cover airflow. Thermostats, access doors, bezels, duct collars and gaskets cover everything around the unit.
Find your furnace model and serial number on the rating plate before ordering, since Suburban in particular changed several parts partway through a series.
